qcomp:线性量化控制，0.0为固定码率，1.0为固定量化值，只能用于二次压缩和基于质量的压缩模式。
rc=crf / crf=22.0 / qcomp=0.60
我转换的时候设置了是1.0，可是为什么转换用完美解码看还是0.60？
