[求助][请教]I can't download the drama

I can't download the selected file彩雲国物語~はじまりの風は紅く~.zip
but could download others like the cai.exe
and other drama
Is it because the drama was removed?

how can I download the drama?
can you tell me the steps
I operate the system for the whole day but kept fail
and how can i open file with japanese file name

I press the 傳送檔案
but it remain as the pic show
did I miss any step

just as the pic show
there is a red x before the file
and even i press the 傳送檔案
the red x appear and the green tick disappear
there is no error message

I doubt is there any prob with the connection
but i can download other file
only fail to download these two which I wish to download

Sorry but how to change to GB code
and is this the solution to the problem opening the file?


I try this on the Flashfxp
It failed and the situation remain the same as show in the pic



The password I purchase is going to expire and I could not download the drama

他这个编码不像GB乱码也不像日文乱码。先告诉我们你是什么国家的什么系统吧。。。

繁体版的windows下看日文编码(或简体码)大概就是酱紫八= =b
