随着我国民事司法改革的深化,民事诉讼收费制度作为一重要的程序规定,也需要不断的完善。本文针对我国现行的收费制度存在的弊端和不足进行分析，指出改革法院诉讼收费制度势在必行。最后，作者提出数条修改意见，用以充分保障当事人的诉权，防止司法腐败。

With the deepening of the judicial reform of civil case, the charging system of civil case litigation, as a important procedure regulation, also needs to be continuously completed. This article gives analysis on the disadvantages of the current charging system in our country. It also points out that the reform of the charging system of court litigation certainly needs to be done. In the end, the author gave several advices of improvement, in order to fully guarantee the right of plaintiff and prevent judicial corruption.
