听说不同的领域有不同的格式？
最重要的是想知道格式
最好有例文看看:p

depending what kind of job you are applying for and what kind of experiences do you have.....

from my effective communication text book:
if u have working experience, highlight that one. if not, put ur educiation background first. most important, make it short(at most 2page) and stright to the point. most ppl only look at first page anyway.

remember add enough buzz word if u send in digital not the dead tree format, in case they use some filter before go to human.

(in the resume, u write like this. but u hav 2 write down two to three ppl's names, addresses, phone numbers as ur reference on the other sheet of papa. remember, those ppl shall not be ur relatives...)

*make sure there is absolutely no grammar mistakes in ur resume...n' be careful to use formal wording...words like energetic, enthusiastic,dedicated.ect,...oh yeh, make it in one page if possible..

听说一般的公司拿到RESUME后，就先扔一半，什么都不看的。

lizard's format is pretty good ^^. If its a formal job and you have any certificates, or proof of any extra courses you've taken you can add those there, but thats really optional. Good luck ~

CV stands for cirriculum vitae..

Well, a resume, but more than that, too. A CV is generally much more
detailed than a resume and includes stuff like where you went to
Elementary school and how many dogs you have. And why. These are usually
requested by companies in Eurpoean countries (in our business..physicians
in this country use CVs).

So if this is a job in Europe, get your Boswell ready.
If it's a job in the states, then your recruiter is probably just trying
to sound cool and I'd send the regular resume.

There is a much longer proper explanation but suffice it to say that it is Latin for resume.

to banxginji: i had Career course in grade 10..:D
