lord of ring电影比较好看?????
第......第一次听说.不过比起lord of ring,偶还是喜欢dragon lance 最近的几奔外传都很不错那.魔兽的三本里,lord of clan不错,星际的三本,偶最喜欢speed of darkness./

Gone With The Wind
Tale of The Twin Cities
If you like Shakespear, then I like his Hamlet best.
The Lord of The Ring is good book too.
Harry Potter is sorts of for kids, but the story is good.

Dead Poets' Society is really good!!!

forgot to mention about The Midsummer Night's Dream, it is really good too. I watch the movie.

and a easy book---> Of Mice and Men...typical american dream story

The Great Gatsby...kinda old...but i like it.

If you like fantasy/sci-fi, Dragonlance series, and Salvadore's Forgotten Realms series (Icewind Dale, Dark Elf, Legacy of the Elf, etc.) are good. Also if you don't mind reading longer books, I would suggest Jordan's Wheel of Time series, although it's kinda of long but it's good. The only sci-fi books I read are the Star Wars books, they're okay...

I recomment the Harry Porter series, it is fun and easy to understand, although I still need to rely my old dictionary.

I wonder, what's considered the most complicated (yet of some great value) work of literture?
I've in my hands some Russian books such as "War and Peace" and "Crime and Punishment", I guess they would be really complicated by some measurement. I'm thinking that my verbal skill would improve if I'm reading compicated books, but I don't want them to be boring or a bunch of nonsense.

I had already read these two book in Chinese. Be honest, I don't like these kind of book. It's not because they're complicated. I just don't like it. Those books are really famous, but they're no long resemble to the world which we are in now. That's why I could like to read some modern novels, even the 40s' or 50s' would be OK.
