frankly to say, toefl is just a piece of cake, especially after the preparing of GRE. vocabulary is not very important for T, but listening comprehension is a little more difficult in CBT than Paper based test. Grammar is easy for most Chinese, except me, since I hate grammar. Reading is much easier than the section of GRE. Writing is sth like "ba1 gu3 wen2", so it is not very difficult, either. and the only thing you should do is to write some tipical essays and read some good ones.
