they cannot even DECODE chinese???

Well, -10C is really nothing compared to here. It's -23C but definitely feels like -33C with the windshield effect. Just think about that.

-10C = 14F <---many place in US and Canada can get this.
Even NY was down to 1F a week or so ago.

... where I live in Canada, the coldest is around -10C (that I can recall)
