[讨论]Hunman should has right to die?

American generally agrees about the rights to “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.” what about the right to die? Specifically, what about the right to commit assisted suicide? This often unpleasant and highly emotional subject continues to occupy, political discussion throughout the U.S.

最近在讨论这个问题～有些States 自杀是犯法～当然自杀当然是不对！
BUSH最近BLOCK了～所谓‘安乐死’的LAW～就是医生没有‘杀死’病人的权利～
不过有些是病人～每天在病床上依靠仪器痛苦的生活，而且每天需要的$~都是过千的～他们有死的权利？有的还没有意识～那生死谁决定～家人？医生？还是政府？

之前看過篇文章
覺得有些靠儀器生存的病人真是非常痛苦
身上長滿瘡
想死也不了，就來死時又硬給醫護救回來
為的就只是沒什麼可能出現的奇蹟
最後只是拖長了患者的痛苦．．

觉得应该由家人决定啦

曾经看过这样的一个ISSUES～
妻子想要自己在病床的丈夫继续靠仪器活下去～以为她相信某一天他会好起来，尽管每天PAY～上千的医疗费！
父母却不忍心再看到自己的儿子这样的痛苦～希望他能‘安乐’死掉！
这个CASE～在法庭上持续了几年还没有一个落实的判决！

那～这个生命的意义又是什么！

This is rather a controversial issue. I have rather mixed feelings towards it. I wouldn't know what to do if I were in that sort of situation.

自己的生命當然自己決定
不能決定的時候偶是傾向由父母來決定 畢竟是父母生養的

醫生是延續生命與否的一種"工具" 偶認為沒有決定生死的資格:o:o

嗯 身為病患的家人當然儘可能希望能延長生命
偶已經跟家人說好 萬一偶那天不幸碰到這樣的情況就別拖了
偶不希望拖垮其他人-_-

I think one should have the right to consider it. But how do you make sure the right is not abused is hard.

I think everyone should value our lives, and shouldn't take others' life easily. However, with this situation, everyone has different opinions... I've never been in this situation before, but for now I would personally vote to prefer to end my family or friend's suffering...

suicide breaks the law? that's a very funny idea, like i eat my pie also break the law.

But this is about people need help to kill themselves. It is different from an able-body case.
