My 3 year old Logitech Optical mouse died recently and my replacement arrived today. It's Logitech MX300 which I bought online for less than 30 dollars. The good thing I like about it is that it's the same size as the old one and it responds better to movement. Cursor is smoother than before and you see less skip when using over table top. I highly recommend it.
