其实步骤四不一定要实行。我钩上Firewall workaround之后，别人就连不上
我的Fserve了。以下是在外国看见的解决方法：
Q: I'm behind a firewall/router, how can I serve?
A: There are two things you can try. For those behind a firewall,
try using SysReset's Firewall workaround feature. Go to
SysReset->File Server Manager->Advanced Options-> then
check Firewall workaround. Try different ports; ports 59 or
69## work well for most.
For those behind routers, Rz_Ten1 suggests this method first:
(1)Open a port range on the firewall and forward those ports
to the machine running SysReset. Each connection to an
IRC server needs 1 or 2 ports, each send you have needs
1 port. A 10 port range should cover it.
(2)Add the port range to MIRC. Go to File->Options->DCC-
>Options-> and make the necessary changes to the DCC
Ports field. If that doesn't work, then try the Firewall
workaround option.

防火墙的解决方法就不多说了。Router的解决方法就如同一楼的说法，
不过先不要钩上Firewall workaround。假如失败的话才试试
Firewall workaround吧。
