is it? i use mldonkey, running 1-2 month nonstop and still working wonderfully. make sure u do have the right library , and the last u can compile ur own version if non working.
I used a static link version of mldonkey (mldonkey-2.5-3.static.i586-Linux.tar.bz2) and it always gives a seg fault.
edonkey0.49/edonkey0.50 do runs pretty well, online for a week without a glitch. However it's function is quite absolute minimal.......:(
Btw, did you managed to make mldonkey to run as a background daemon?
